Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Rates are calculated carefully based on distance or Free on orders over $75 (before taxes).
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please note that delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Damages
We take pride in careful packaging. In the rare instance, that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at sales.support@24by7store.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll work with you & courier service provider to find a resolution.
