Refund Policy
At 24BY7STORE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within 3 days of receipt.
What Can Be Returned?
- You can return most new, unused, and unworn items purchased online within the 3-day return window.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- We cannot accept returns for:
- Used makeup products
- Clearance/sale items
- Items not in original packaging
- Items are broken during the return
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Before returning an item, don’t hesitate to contact us at sales.support@24by7store.com to request a return authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number, date, and the reason for your return.
- Pack Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) you return in the original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your packing slip or a note with your order number and RMA number.

Please note: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the conditions outlined above, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for your purchase. Processing time for refunds can take 10 business days, subject to the original payment method used.
- Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. If the desired exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Digital Products
- We do not offer refunds for digital products (e.g., software downloads) due to their intangible nature.
Warranty Claims
- If you believe you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at sales.support@24by7store.com to initiate a warranty claim.
